Mintcast is built and supported by a small team, so mail reaches the people who write the code rather than a call centre. Pick the address that matches your question; it routes correctly and nothing gets lost.
Support and setup
Pairing problems, casting that will not start, background replacement that looks wrong, an update that broke something. Tell us the phone model, the Windows version and the app version if you can — it saves a round trip.

Include the Creem order number from your receipt. What we can and cannot refund is set out in the refund policy. To cancel a subscription yourself, use the customer portal link in any Creem email.
Abuse reports
If someone is using Mintcast to stream content that breaks our acceptable use rules — non-consensual filming, impersonation, or illegal material — send the platform, the channel name and the time. We act on these first and we keep the reporter's details confidential.
Commercial and team licensing
Streaming for a company, a shop, a studio or several presenters needs a commercial licence rather than several personal plans. Tell us how many devices and how many operators, and we will send a quote.
